How do I know what level I am at Desert Chrome?

If you have pole experience, please contact the studio to schedule a level assessment. Pole levels vary greatly from studio to studio (and are just a label!) so a level assessment is required to find the right class for your pole goals.

May I drop into a session class?

Session classes are available as a 4-week session only. No individual drop ins are available.

If you are an experienced poler visiting the area for only a short period of time, please contact the studio to discuss class availability.

What is Open Pole?

Open Pole is open to students of all Pole I+ levels. This free-form time is self-led, meaning no teacher is present, Students are required to practice safe poling, including poling at the correct level and using a crash mat when trying any tricks you are not already comfortable with. No student to student spotting or teaching is permitted for safety reasons.

What happens if I can’t attend a session class?

If you cannot attend one of your normal session classes you need to email Kate as soon as possible (no less than 6 business hours prior to the start of class). Kate will work with you to find the best available makeup for your level and schedule.

Do note that we recommend not missing class during a Fundamentals session. Makeups for missed Fundamentals class will only be available after completion of the course.

Makeups are provided pending class space and level availability without guarantee of day/ time. Once you are scheduled for a makeup, the studio cancelation policies apply to class.

Can I cancel a drop in class?

If you cannot attend a drop in class you have registered for, you can cancel via the Mindbody app no less than 6 hours prior to the class’ start.

This class will be credited back to your Desert Chrome Mindbody account.

How does autobilling work?

Upon entering a Pole I or above session class, you will be enrolled in auto-billing and auto-enrolled for subsequent classes. You will be billed every 4 classes (every 4 weeks) automatically.
If you can no longer attend your session classes for any reason, email Kate at least 7 business days prior to your next auto-billing cycle.

Once you have been auto-billed for session classes, payment is non-refundable.
